ImmigrationTracker Unveils Major Investments: New User Interface and SOC 2 Compliance - 30+ feature updates, modernized look and highest data security undertaken by the immigration management software used by thousands of employers since 2001.

SAN FRANCISCO, June 24, 2019 — Tracker Corp, developer of ImmigrationTracker cloud-based case management software and Tracker eMerge, digital case assembly solution, today announced that Tracker 8’s fall product release will include additional upgrades, beyond the unmatched search and find functionality launched last month. The new release will include a refresh of the application’s user interface, the industry’s first mobile portal built specifically to streamline the immigration journey for foreign nationals, and more than 30 feature updates inspired by customer feedback and extensive market research.

Leading lawyers from all size firms and corporate mobility teams use ImmigrationTracker to streamline case workflow and facilitate collaboration across strict timelines, with automated communications and alerts. The majority of case preparers report they are at least 50% more productive while using the system.

Customers Spoke, Tracker Listened

The enhancements to the application’s interface are the result of invaluable feedback provided by direct users and their clients, along with company advisors and business partners. “We are deeply invested in the process of hearing our customers’ experience and suggestions. Their wisdom has helped generate the positive results of this new UI and mobile responsive update,” said James Rowley, Chief Technology Officer of Tracker Corp.

The new responsive mobile display ensures that ImmigrationTracker is easily accessible from any cell phone, tablet, or other mobile device via the refreshed interface, with extra time-saving functions and compliance safeguards.

SOC2 Audit Compliance

The ImmigrationTracker user interface update coincides with the company’s upcoming completion of its SOC 2 Type 2 audit and report. The SOC 2 (Service Organization Control for Service Organizations) evaluates companies pursuant to the Trust Services Criteria of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The Independent Service Auditor’s Report focuses on multiple controls relevant to data security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy.

“Our customers and partners demand and deserve high levels of security and compliance,” notes VP of IT and Security, Lucio Rossi. “Trust and security are essential when it comes to sensitive case management and Tracker has invested heavily in both.”
